A plain-language explanation of what happens to the information you send us.
When you submit an enquiry or contact form on this website, we collect the information you choose to provide — typically a parent or guardian's name, a student's name, an email address, a phone number, and any message or preferences you enter (such as grade, art of interest, or language of interest).
This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, discuss admission, and follow up regarding a possible place at the Conservatory. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties, and is not used for marketing outside of communication you have initiated with us.
Form submissions are delivered directly to the Conservatory's admissions email address via a secure form-processing service. We do not maintain a public database of enquiries, and submissions are only accessible to Conservatory staff.
Because our programme is for Grade 8 and 9 students, some form fields relate to a minor. This information is provided by a parent or guardian for the purpose of the admissions process only, and is handled with the same care described above.
